It took me about half a year to finish this paper mache lamp! no, it wasn`t that hard to do, i just had so many other projects running in between. my friend described it as "a romantic light for bedroom", but "romance shall not be longer as 30min, because the lamp could get on fire" ! You silly girl!

My mom is working in Monte Negro and in Serbia and when she comes home (every 2weeks) she usually brings me some goodies, like a bottle of great red wine or my fav sallami Kulen...just look what i got this time!! A shoe-box full of beads! isn`t that great?!

I fell in love with Isa`s little hedgehogs and i felt that i just have to make one, too. So there he goes at the right corner of the pic... later i`ve added a beaded apple, sewn some grass and turned it all into a little zipper pouch for euros (we`ll change our currency to euros at New year and euros do mean a lot of coins). Of course i forgot to take a photo, again. Now i`m about to make some more pouches, beaded and embroidered, i think they`ll be great Christmas gifts for friends! And maybe if I get my darling to lend me his credit card, i`ll set up my Etsy shop. He bought me the new Burda mag today, it was such a sweet surprise!

I`ve received my little felt birdy from Ann Wood. I believe it`s meant to be hanged on the doorknob, but i bet she`d get stolen, so she`s hanging in my living room instead, high above the cats...yes, my cats love soft toys and it`s hard to explain to a cat that this is NOT a toy! oh, and this birdy came wrapped in a heap of nice colored papers that i just can`t find in any shop around here! My thanks package shall be sent to Ann by the end of this week.
