Easter bygone

I had a long blogging break...We spent the Easter holiday at the sea side and since we came back home i'm lacking energy to make things. I just want to go back down south, polish our lady of the harbour, put the sails on and just sail away from this lunatic turbo-capitalistic world we live in!

It's the Earth day today and i'm such a lucky chick as i 'll be spending it outside in the rural environment. Our aunt is having a birhday celebration - a traditional lunch for the family at a small farm - hope there'll be some farm animals as well! Anyway, the aunt is turning 60 and what else should we give her for present other then a doll of herself?!! I just hope it won't freak her out... i had terriblly funny time sewing her, her face is a bit blurry but it was the last thing i printed before the printer decided to breake down...Then i made a little box for her (gossh, it's resembling a coffin!) covered with a vintage wall-paper (which i love so much and regret i didn't take all the scraps that my friend has torn off the walls while renovating his flat). We bougth a new printer (one of those all-in-one machines) and i couldn't help myself not to make a birthday card with the wall-paper scan...
We're having some more national holiday next week, so we're going back to the sea-side on Thursday and hopefully won't be back till May 6th!
