Just had an oil bath with virgin sunflower oil for a first time. It was nice, my hair and skin are pampered, but my cervical vertebrae are making an annoying clicking sound as i move my head. This too shall pass. Yesterday just 40 min sequence a la Swanson, i'm getting lazy.
I'm dreaming of selling my car and buying a sweet little beautiful bike...i will move soon to a land that is flatter than this SanFrancisco-nesque little town i live in now...a bike costs just a fraction of a car, needs no fuel, it's eco, i have always loved the feeling of wind in my hair as i rode a bike and let's admit...i just hate driving a car. I feel sorry for my car, but we never did bond, really.
