Yesterday had just a 30min sequence a la Swanson...i was so exhausted...today no ashtanga, i have to wacum and scrub the floors. The dog does quite a mess in shortest possible time.
So, today i became a citizen of Nowhereisland. This is my country and constitution is .... well, it just feel right.
